Shipping Overview & Destinations
We offer professional worldwide shipping from our distribution center in Japan.
- Main Destinations: USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and over 150+ other countries.
- Availability: You can confirm if shipping is available for your specific location during the checkout process.
- Note: Due to international regulations or carrier limitations, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address and a recipient's signature are required for all luxury deliveries.
Processing & Handling Time
We strive for efficiency while ensuring every item passes a final quality inspection before departure.
- Standard Processing: Typically within 7 business days.
- Daily Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM (JST) may require one additional business day.
- Operating Hours: Our logistics team operates Monday – Friday. Processing is paused during Japanese public holidays and company breaks (any delays will be announced on our homepage).
Shipping Methods & Carriers
To guarantee speed and security, we partner exclusively with FedEx.
- Service: FedEx International Priority / Economy (fully trackable).
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately upon dispatch. You can also monitor your status in your [Order History].

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees (DDU)
All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
- Responsibility: Import duties, VAT, GST, and local customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Refusal of Payment: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return import fees, and administrative costs incurred.
Failed Delivery & Refused Shipments
Please ensure your shipping information and contact details are accurate.
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, extended absence, or refusal of customs payment, the package may be returned to Japan or disposed of by the carrier.
- In such cases, any resulting costs (return shipping, storage, etc.) will be deducted from any potential refund.
