What is LUXLUX Point?
LUXLUX Points are rewards you earn after purchasing items on the LUXLUX platform. These points can be used as cash on future orders.

How to Earn Points
You can earn points by simply purchasing products on LUXLUX. The point earning rule is 1 USD = 1 point. You can see how many points you can earn on each product's page.

How to Use Points
The LUXLUX point usage rule states that every 100 points can be used as 1 USD in cash. In your shopping cart, you can see the number of points available for use, and you can freely choose how many points you would like to use as cash for your payment.
Important Points to Note About Points Usage
- Point Allocation Timing: Points will reflect in your account within 14 days after a successful order
- Point Validity Period: Points earned from each order will expire after 6 months
- Point Handling After Order Cancellation: If an order is canceled or returned, the corresponding points will be deducted from your points balance.
- Can Points Be Used for Shipping Costs: Points cannot be used to pay for shipping fees.
- Will I Earn Points If I Purchase Products Fully with Points: If you purchase a product entirely with points, you will still earn points equivalent to the product's price.
